Coke & Cherry Jello-O Salad
Mix together (1) 8 oz can drained crushed pineapple, (1) can drained Bing cherries and ½ cup chopped pecans. Spread mixture across the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Dissolve 2 small boxes cherry flavored Jell-O in 2 cups boiling water. Stirring gently, pour a 12 oz can of ice cold Coke into the Jell-O. Now pour this mixture over the fruit mixture. Chill until firm.

But Coke jello is one I have never ever heard of.
I have a chocolate cake receipe with a can of coke in it...Mmmmm
