pork chops O'Brien

Yummy.. wonder if this could be done in the crk pot ? Hum ?
 
Pork Chops O'Brien

6 loin pork chops (1/2 inch thick) Can use boneless
TBSP. cooking oil
can (10-3/4 oz.) cream of celery soup, (undiluted)
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded cheese, divided
1 pkg. (24 oz.) frozen O'Brien hash brown potatoes
1 can (2.8 oz.) french fried onions, divided
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt

In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown pork chops in oil; set aside. Combine the soup, milk, sour cream, pepper, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 cup french fried onions; fold in potatoes. Spread in a greased (13x9x2 in.) baking dish. Arrange chops on top; sprinkle with seasoned salt. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes; or until pork is tender. Uncover; sprinkle with remaining cheese and french fried onion. Return to oven for 5-10 minutes or until cheese melts. Yield: 6 serving
